Fitzgerald Park is located on the River Lee. It hosts a traditional style museum. Fitzgerald Park is 8 hectares. It is beside the River Lee and overlooked by Sunday's Well, it houses the Cork City Museum. It is accessed via the Mardyke. Adjacent to the park is the Sunday's Well Boating and Tennis Club, and Cork Cricket Club You can also take a walk over the Daly's Bridge (the Shaky Bridge) if you want to liven things up. The park also has a playground and is in a good location in regards to the other historical buildings. Fitzgerald Park also has a picnic area and has the perfect scenery for a stroll after a picnic.
