Muay Thai focuses on hurting your opponent in the worst possible way.You use youe elbows, knees and possibly your head. This is why Muay Thai is so unique from every other martial art.
Here is a demonstration when you use proper Muay Thai and you can imagine the effects of it. Your opponent does not hold back. You try to take out as many as your enemies as fast as you.
